Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The customer shall pay the invoice for the Services rendered received in the Reporting period within 35 (thirty-five) working days from the moment the parties signed the Delivery and Acceptance Act for the work performed (services rendered). In the payment orders the customer is obliged to specify the details
Delivery terms:The contractor is obliged to commence the provision of services within a week after signing the contract (order), if the communications are set up in the building. If construction of a distribution network and installation of equipment is required, the contractor is obliged to start work within 2 months from the moment of signing the contract (order).
