Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:1) Payment for installation and configuration services of the System is carried out by the Customer within 35 (Thirty-five) working days based on the following circumstances and documents:
- invoices for payment;
- signed by the Parties of the act of acceptance of services rendered for the installation and configuration of the System;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation on taxes and fees.
2. Payment for the Escort Services rendered during the reporting period within 35 (Thirty-five) working days following the reporting period on the basis of the following circumstances and documents:
- invoices for payment;
- the act of acceptance of services rendered for technical support for the reporting period signed by the Parties;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- service report.
Delivery terms:Supply in accordance with the requirements of this procurement documentation, terms of reference (Appendix No. 3 to the procurement documentation).
