When applying for the procurement procedure, please be sure to attach a technical and commercial proposal on letterhead (optional Excel specification) containing the price VAT, shipping costs (if applicable), terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
Please also include dealer agreements with the manufacturer (if any), certificates of conformity with the TR vehicle, and other technical documentation for the products.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms and contract according to buyer form, supplier experience.
If the application allows for review of analogues, the proposed analogues must have characteristics not worse than those claimed for the original; for the analogue, the product name shall be specified according to specification, GOST, TU, if necessary, a technical description is applied. If imported analogues are offered, specify the country of manufacturer (analogue description field).
All questions and requests for clarification on the application must be posted in the Explanations section of the ETP.
Please note that this request does not constitute a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1GC of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
