The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100 (one hundred)% of the Contract price is payable within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of delivery to the Buyer.
