Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferred payment, not less than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:By the supplier to the warehouse of each consignee, the delivery time must be indicated when filling out the table.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded with the consignee company (see purchase documentation). Desirable in the form of an agreement of the consignee enterprise (see attachment)

When concluding an agreement, it will be necessary to provide constituent documents, information about the readiness to bear penalties, information about the delay in payment.

IMPORTANT! Only commercial proposals received on the ETP are considered. Commercial proposals with correctly filled information and specified delivery times are considered.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
