Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferred payment, not less than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:By the supplier to the warehouse of each consignee, the delivery date must be indicated when filling in the table.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded with the consignee (see the procurement documentation). Preferably according to the form of the agreement of the consignee (see attachment)

When concluding the agreement, it will be necessary to provide constituent documents, information on the readiness to bear penalties, information on the deferred payment.

IMPORTANT! Only CPs received on the ETP are considered. KP with correctly filled in information and specified delivery dates are considered.

This trading procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
