Participation in the bidding means agreeing to work on a model form of the contract of "Tambo Bacon" LLC.
The model contract and the composition of the lot with the list of purchased goods are backed up in the tender documentation (it is possible to change the model form of the contract - the information will be reported before the conclusion of the contract).
