Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension

Purchase of gloves calendar in packs for the Covid-19 protection project on demand December 2020 - January 2021. Indicate a uniform price per unit. products, taking into account delivery to the DC of Tander JSC (the list of DCs and the need for a cut of objects is attached in the file "Demand"). One-time supply of all specified needs. The deadline for fixing the price is until 03/01/2021. The company JSC Tander reserves the right to change the amount both up and down within 30%.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
