Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for spacecraft:
Payment terms - a mandatory deferral of 60 calendar days.

The competition is held taking into account the delivery by the supplier to the RC Tula. This volume is for October 2020 demand.
Samples: during the bidding process and participation in the competition, you must provide samples for testing at the address Krasnodar, st. Solnechnaya 15/5 in the name of Olga Nenasheva.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
