Payment terms:
Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred terms of payment: The buyer makes payments in the account of payment of products (batches of products) not later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of products on the basis of the results of acceptance, provided the supplier provides originals of documents confirming the quality Products (batches), consignment notes and invoices corresponding to the results of the acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The price shall include the cost of delivery. In case of advance payment the supplier is obliged to provide an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount, not less than the amount of prepayment, issued by the bank included in the rating of fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks, with a rating not lower than BB +/ Ваа2.
Delivery terms:
within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the destination station.
