Payment terms:

The Buyer shall pay for the goods within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The delivery date is the date the parties signed the invoice at the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:

ATTENTION! Price is the weightiest but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When selecting a winner, the tender committee considers a number of the following criteria: TK compliance, delivery/fulfillment period, warranties, price, advance/postpayment, advance security, goodwill and work experience , readiness to work under the model contract.
The offer must be submitted in *.pdf format in a single signed file and stamped on the organization's letterhead. The information in it must be readable.
The offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, licensed and licensed warehouse
2. Delivery time (working days or calendar days/ according to schedule)
3. Warranty time/expiration date
4. Price incl. VAT per lot unit (must be in Russian rubles)
5. Payment terms (one deferral may be filed, it is uniform for all items, recommended number of calendar days is not less than 90 from the date of delivery)
6. Years of experience with Rusagro, on the market
7. Readiness to work under a model contract - yes/no;
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The package of documents for the company to participate in the trade procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents — the "Bidding Package".
In the event of failure to make a quote/offer in violation of the requirements and/or the full package of documents described above, the trade organizer the procedure reserves the right to refuse consideration of the offer submitted by a participant in the trade procedure.
The forms of the Rusagro Model Agreement and its annexes are backed up to the trade procedure for review and formation of the Commercial Proposal.
The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule.
