- the scanned copy should be provided in * .pdf format, the information in the file should be readable.

If there is a need for the Supplier of packaging material / ingredient to come to production, the Supplier sends an official request to the Procurement Department about the possibility of arrival indicating the purpose of arrival. The Procurement Department agrees on the possibility of the Supplier visiting the packaging material / ingredient with the Department of the chief technologist, if the decision is negative, the Supplier must be officially refused (letter from the Department of the chief technologist).
