Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer, provided that the Supplier receives a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services ( works ) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods ( performance of works, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer (Act of performance of services, works ) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works ).
Delivery terms:Annual order quantity: 200,000 pcs.
The cost includes manufacturing, approval, packaging, delivery
The unit price includes delivery to the company's warehouse and includes packaging, barcode marking, etc.
Delivery time to the warehouse is no more than 40 calendar days.
