Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment 40 days from delivery.
Delivery terms:Up to the buyer's warehouse (shipping costs are included in the price of the item).
Delivery time must not exceed 10 days from the date of the request.

The product must be new, not used.
Note: This request for prices is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Promoter and reserves the right to choose any Proposal or refuse all received the Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
