Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:deferred payment 30 days from the date of payment.
Delivery terms:to the buyer's warehouse (shipping costs are included in the item price).
Delivery time must not exceed 2 days from the date of application.

Comments:
Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
