Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 calendar days from the moment of bilateral signing of the Agreement / specification.

Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude a contract or to terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- tenderers who did not enclose in the documents the Commercial Proposal on the enterprise letterhead, dealer certificates (for dealers), are not accepted for consideration
- accepted proposals of factories - manufacturers of bearings in the Russian Federation and their dealers. (see Attachment)
- The proposals of companies from the stop list and their dealers are not accepted for consideration (see the appendix)
- Replacing the declared products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transportation costs are indicated for the entire volume of products offered separately and are not included in the cost of production, are subsequently updated taking into account the number of won positions.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
