Auto-extension

Payment terms:The price of the Goods with VAT is indicated in includes the cost of packaging and non-returnable packaging, all costs associated with the delivery / transportation of the Goods. Deferred payment within 30 days
Delivery terms:Delivered products must comply with GOST, OST, TU provided for this type of product, or in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts on acceptance of products of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation and JSC Russian Railways. It is possible to consider offers for the sale of used absorbing devices. Acceptance of goods is carried out in quantity according to the Specification signed by the parties and the bill of lading. Acceptance of the quality of the Goods is made at the Buyer's warehouse within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to the Buyer. In the event of shortage, shortage by the Supplier of goods in accordance with the quality, quantity specified in the Appendix to this agreement, bill of lading, the Supplier carries out additional delivery, retrofitting, replaces the Goods at its own expense or recalculates the amount paid for the goods. Transport costs, expenses and costs associated with the supply and replacement of low-quality and inappropriate goods are paid by the Supplier.

Copies of the following documents must be attached to the application for participation in tenders: extract from the unified state register of legal entities (for a legal entity), extract from the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs (for an individual entrepreneur), identity documents (all pages), TIN certificate (for an individual), duly certified translation into Russian documents on state registration of a legal entity or state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with legislation with responsible state (for foreign person); document confirming the person’s authority to act on behalf of the applicant. Attachment of a copy of the commercial proposal on the form of the Supplier with a certifying signature is required. Documents attached to the application are submitted in the form of electronic documents signed by the electronic digital signature of the applicant. This selection is not a tender (competition, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), and does not impose on VKM-Service LLC the obligations stipulated by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
Competitive selection can be canceled at any time before summing up its results.
In the event of a change in the conditions of competitive selection or its cancellation, expenses incurred by any person in connection with the selection are not reimbursed.
