Proposals in electronic form are a priority over the Commercial Proposals proposed for the procedure. The procedure for selecting the source of supply is carried out in order to obtain a price for the actual need at the time of the procedure, with the subsequent possibility of increasing the Call for Bidding volume while maintaining the price and delivery conditions.
