Dear Sirs!
I ask you to take part in the competition for the conclusion of a contract for the supply of goods and materials of OAO "MZ" Arsenal ".
The winner will be determined by the aggregate of the following factors:
- Goods and materials costs;
- delivery time after signing the contract;
- terms of payment (postponement of not less than 20 working days after delivery)
- periods of validity of the CP is not less than 30 calendar days.
- agreed to work on a standard contract of "MZ" Arsenal "with the opening 275 in accordance with OPS-FZ.
Selection of the winner will be made on the total minimum cost of inventories, other things being equal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
