Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
In accordance with the terms of the contract for suppliers who have a contractual relationship. Preference is given to 100% deferred payment of at least 90 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the warehouse of the consignee. Payment terms must be uniform for the entire quantity of products offered.

Comments: This one-stage request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. Please send the final commercial offer with the maximum possible discount. Conducting this request for proposals does not mean that the choice will be made in favor of the winner. The choice of the source of supply will be made on the basis of the decision of the procurement commission of LLC UK METALLOINVEST.
- To participate in this request for proposals, it is mandatory to attach a scanned commercial offer on letterhead signed by the head with conditions strictly corresponding to the proposal submitted to the b2b-center, indicating the pricing formula for which the price was calculated, as well as the manufacturer of the filler. If the price of the b2b-center differs from the price calculated according to the formula in the letter, or the manufacturer of the filler is not specified, the offer may be considered invalid.
REQUIRED PRICE FORMAT:
a fixed value in US dollars per physical ton, calculated according to the formula below with a uniform base wire filling of 72% and a base titanium content of 70% in the filler (only the K coefficient can be changed in the formula). The actual price is calculated for each batch separately:

where
- FTi – the average monthly value of the ferrotitane quotation "Ferro-titanium 70% (max 4.5% Al) MB free market $ per kg Ti d/d Europe" according to MetalBulletin, for 1 month preceding the month of shipment;
- 0.7 – titanium content in the filler (adjusted according to the actual titanium content in ferrotitane according to the quality certificate);
0.72 – a fixed proportion of ferrotitane in the filler (adjusted according to the actual filling of the wire according to the quality certificate);
- MT – the average monthly value of the quotation "Cold-rolled sheet (Metal producer)" without VAT RUB/t according to the Metaltorg/ru edition, for 1 month preceding the month of shipment;
- Exchange rate – the average monthly dollar rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for 1 month preceding the month of shipment (seven days a week);
- 0.28 – the share of the tape in the wire (adjusted in accordance with the actual filling of the wire according to the quality certificate);
- K – costs of production, transport, etc.

- INFORMATION FOR NON-RESIDENTS OF THE Russian FEDERATION: When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to independently calculate and specify in the corresponding additional price field of the offer "Customs duty" the duty from the price for 1 physical person.a ton of wire. If this fee is not specified, the offer may be considered invalid.
- Transportation costs: included in the price of the products.
- Buyer's tolerance by quantity: 50%. The quantity of products indicated in the purchase item is indicative, and may differ from the quantity confirmed for purchase. Also, the quantity confirmed for purchase cannot exceed the size of pilot/pilot-industrial batches for non-industrial suppliers.
- Contract according to the buyer's form.
- Transfer of ownership: the warehouse of the consignee.
- Requirements for the direction of contractual and primary documents: electronic document management.
- Requirements for penalties: For violation of the terms of delivery of the Goods, the Supplier pays the Buyer a penalty (penalty) in the amount of double the key rate of the Bank of Russia (per annum) that existed during the period of such violation, from the cost of the Goods for each day of delay.
In case of delay in delivery of the Goods over 3 (Three) calendar months, the Supplier pays the Buyer a one-time fine in the amount of 20% (twenty percent) of the value of the Goods not delivered on time in excess of the accrued penalty.
