Orders are made monthly according to current needs, with the division of shipment into ECB RC and MSK RC. Bidders, among whom the Winner will be determined, must provide a complete set of samples of PIC materials according to the list. Call for Bidding is carried out in accordance with the attached terms of reference. The goods are subject to mandatory packing (packaging). The container (packaging) in which the Goods are delivered is disposable, remains at the disposal of the Buyer and cannot be returned to the Supplier.
The container (packaging) of the delivered Goods must ensure the safety of the Goods during transportation by any means of transport, loading/unloading and further storage during the entire service life (warranty, shelf life) and comply with the requirements of GOST, SKELETON, other regulatory documentation and safety.
The goods are subject to labeling in accordance with the requirements of the standards. In the event that the Goods are transferred without a container (package), or in an improper container (package), the Buyer has the right to demand from the Supplier to replace the Goods, or to replace the improper container (package).
Partial delivery of goods is possible by agreement. Delivery must be included in the total cost. Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier.
