Payment terms:Calculations for the goods produced by the buyer in rubles according to exchange rate on the day of payment, by transfer of money resources on the account of the seller in two stages:
- The first phase: a down payment of 30% of the value of goods lot within 35 (thirty five) working days from the date of receipt of the invoice;
- Second stage: payment in the amount of 70% of the value of shipments of goods subject to fulfillment of contractual obligations by the supplier in full within 35 (thirty five) working days after receipt by the buyer of the goods delivered is based on the following documents: signed by the parties heading invoice form Torg 12, invoices of the seller, invoiced to the seller of invoices for payment.
Delivery terms:Delivery in two batches: the first batch, amounting to 60% of the reservation within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the contract, 40% on the customer's application before the end of the year 2018, delivery within 4 weeks after receipt of the application. Upon delivery of the goods the seller undertakes to buy unsuitable for further use of the terminal equipment of the buyer.
