Dear Bidders!

Mandatory conditions :

• Payment procedure and terms - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lot.

• Please pay attention to the need to fill in all calculation options (four lots)

• Payment of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 3% of the Contract value is made in a one-time payment between the 360th and 365th day from the date of signing by the parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of works for warranty operation, subject to the Contractor's elimination of the comments of the Acceptance Commission, as well as other reasonable comments of the Customer to the results of the Work, for which the Contractor is responsible during the Warranty period of the Facility. This condition is included in the agreement if the amount of the agreement is equal to or exceeds 1,000,000 rubles.

• Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of fixing the cost in rubles for a period of at least 3 months.

• Warranty period: 36 months for equipment, 24 months for work and materials performed and automation.

• The total duration of the work is 23 calendar days:
- for the production of preparatory work for the dismantling / installation of the XM — 3 c.d
. - for the production of work on the dismantling / installation of the XO — 10 c.d
. - for the NDP and preparation for commissioning — 5 c.d
. - for commissioning and elimination of comments RK/IK — 5 K.D.

• The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.

• If a Bidder does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, proposals from such Bidders will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be sent

• The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to review the results of the tender and further work

• Approximate date of commencement of work: 05/20/2024

• The deadline for preparing the construction task and issuing it to the construction site: 7 calendar days from the date of placing the order (the date of placing the order is considered to be the date of Contractual counterparty's notification of the victory in the competition)

• The equipment is ready for shipment on 05/20/2024.

• Terms of delivery/installation: by the Supplier.

• Compliance of equipment with technical characteristics

• Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.

• Agreement with the prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3

• The cost of additional work is formed on the basis of the estimated calculation according to the GESN (see Appendix No. 3), made under the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost of general construction and special works". It is agreed with the customer before the start of work and is formalized by an additional agreement. The main coefficients are indicated in additional fields

• The amount of workers' wages (cost per person/hour) in rubles (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3

• The amount of transportation costs in % of the cost of materials (for additional works) see Appendix No. 3

• The amount of transportation costs in % of the cost of equipment (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3

• The amount of procurement and storage costs in % of the cost of materials, products and structures (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3

• The amount of procurement and storage costs in % of the cost of equipment (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3

• The amount of procurement and storage costs in % of the cost of metal building structures and rolled metal (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3

• The coefficient of tightness from photo and EM (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3

• The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor

• The validity period of the Commercial Proposal is at least 1 month

Other requirements :
• The counterparty does not have more than 5 objects in operation at the same time for the implementation of the CS SMR, for which the completion date has not expired (as of the Contractual counterparty's release date to the object)

• Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders

• Due to various factors (construction readiness of the facility, delivery of refrigeration furniture, etc.), a simple team is possible, but under any circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive opening.

• According to the results of the competition, it is possible to appoint a reserve counterparty.
Criteria for the transition from the main counterparty to the reserve counterparty: non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the main counterparty, refusal of the main counterparty to sign the contract.
Switching to a backup counterparty is possible before signing the access certificate / acceptance certificate of the construction site.
The appointment of the Company as a reserve will be carried out only with the prior consent of the counterparty with the designation of the possible transition period (provision of a letter of guarantee from Contractual Counterparty).

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
