Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Upfront payment - 0%, 80% - for the delivered equipment and 100% for the delivery cost within 5 slave days, 20% for the supplied equipment and 100% for installation after signing the acceptance and transfer certificate, in within 5 working days. Payment is made on the basis of an invoice made in accordance with the Specification of 100% by transferring funds within 5 bank days from the date of signing of the entire set documents: goods accompanying documentation (TORG-12, service delivery act, TTN) and the act of performed works (equipment commissioning) or universal transfer document (OPA).
The date of payment is the date of write-off of funds from the Buyer's current account.
Delivery terms:Delivery time of equipment till 30.04.2021
Term of delivery of the object turnkey till 20.05.2021 Penalties for the day of delay of delivery of the object - 0.1% per day according to the delivery agreement.
Delivery and installation to the address: Moscow region, Dmitrovskoye highway.

Organizations are required to fill out a qualification form on the form of STD Petrovich LLC, provide all necessary documents.
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The customer has the right to carry out stage 2 (reschedding) in case of obtaining an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. Up to 30% of the applicants with the best prices from the total number of participants will be admitted before the rebid


The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the offer of the applicant of the tender committee, the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure
