Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

An advance of up to 30% is allowed when providing a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment.
The customer reserves the right to request the following types of bank guarantee from the winner of this procedure:

• a bank guarantee to ensure the guarantee obligations.
The Customer reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally in case of sending a notification to the Supplier about the failure of delivery dates and not receiving a reasoned response from him within 15 calendar days.

В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ООО "Татшина"; продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
