Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. The METALLOINVEST Group of Companies plans to introduce a Single Payment Day system (one day per week) in July 2021.
In order to maintain the current average payment deferral period, we ask you to find the possibility of increasing the payment deferral by 7 calendar days.

The seller is obliged to transfer the goods to the buyer free of any rights of third parties. Failure by the Seller to fulfill this obligation gives the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods or termination of the contract
