Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

4 Terms of payment -100% post-payment with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works

6 The Commercial Proposal template should be attached in free form in the format .pdf
7 Price fixing until 12/15/2024

The Call for Bid Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of bid submission.
