Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Guarantee - according to the standard contract specified in the TOR
3. Availability of a valid contract with JSC Thunder
4. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract, if not signed (in the attachment)
5. The cost of delivery to the RC should be included in the cost of equipment
6. The prices of Equipment for different RC on the same nomenclature should be the same (the same)
7. The presence of SHK on the packaging and on the unit of Equipment.
8. Confirmation of compliance with technical specifications of the Technical specifications (completed templates Appendix 2.1)
9. Price fixing period until 31.12.2022
10. The possibility of dividing the volume without changing the price
11. The possibility of providing an alternative KP
12. The possibility of delivery without taking into account the multiplicity, taking into account the distribution by RC
13. The validity period of the CP is up to 21.10.2022

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
