The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:
1.1.1. Payment for the goods under the contract shall be made by the buyer upon delivery of the goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signature of the call tag uniform Torg-12 on the delivered goods on the basis of invoices issued by the provider. 2.2.
