Payment terms:Расчет за весь поставленный товар производится в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания последней товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12), на основании счет-фактуры, выставленной поставщиком. Обязательства по оплате товара считаются выполненными с даты списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Поставка товара осуществляется прямым смешанным железнодорожно-водным сообщением через станцию-порт Владивосток до г. Петропавловск-Камчатский. Срок получения товара в г. Петропавловске-Камчатском – октябрь 2017 г. ПОСТАВЩИК имеет право на досрочную поставку.
