All conditions must be met!
This competition is conducted as part of automated procurement by Metalloinvest.
The price must be per item for 1 item, excluding VAT, with the price fixed at least 31.12.2021g. The best bidder will be contracted to supply the proposed materials until the end of the offer.
There is an option to submit your offer in currency. In this way, there is the possibility of maintaining the price and minimizing risks if the value of currency spike.
As part of the contract at the price per unit, the supplier undertakes to supply the required volume of TMC to any of the Metalloinvest (LGOC, OEMC, IGOC) combinates. The volumes and timing of deliveries will be specified when the application for delivery is concluded on the basis of demand.
Please pay attention to the full name of the materials, which may include additional features.
Required terms:
1. Delivery on DDP terms.
2. Deferring payment - at least 67 days from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse;
3. The conclusion of the contract as amended by Metalloinvest;
4. Availability of an electronic document management provider (Contour.Diadoc)
5. Warranty obligations, certificates of conformity, product quality passports.
