Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed product. - The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all the necessary documentation. It is imperative to register the proposed analogs when filling out the table! If analogues are not indicated in the table, the commercial proposal will not be accepted for consideration!
