Organization-winner, having no valid contract with JSC "Izhstal" within one day should download to your system the following documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
a) a copy of the Constitution in the current edition, with all amendments and additions with a mark of tax authority;
b) copy of the certificate of State registration of a legal entity
c) a copy of a tax registration certificate
d) extract from the unified State Register of legal persons not older than 15 calendar days prior to the date of
e) copy of certificate from the tax authorities on tax payments to the budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents certifying the election and appointment of the person acting on behalf of the legal entity without power of Attorney (hereinafter head) (order on the appointment and the minutes of the meeting of the authorized bodies on the election (appointment))
g) a copy of the power of Attorney for the right to sign in if the documents are signed by the representative by proxy
h) copies of documents confirming the powers of the delivery of certain types of products, as authorised representative of the manufacturer. This document is the dealer certificate dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of letters of appreciation and feedback from clients of subject Request prices (at least 3)
j) copies of certificates of QMS (quality management system) and the manufacturer of the offered products
k) consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the party and/or the responsible person of the participant, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Party provides personal data;
l) other documents, which, in the opinion of the party, confirmed its compliance with relevant commentary explaining the purpose of the provision of these documents
Please note that this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, article 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
In the absence of the principal technical possibility of submitting proposals through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the organizer has the right to take procedures against such party offer on email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, yourself by downloading the proposal on the pad through the functionality of the system, subject to the following conditions:
¬ Party must be registered in the system;
