Payment terms:
Payment for the supplied products shall be made in a cashless form by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferable payment terms: the buyer shall pay for the supplied products within 60 calendar days from products delivery based on the results of acceptance tests, provided that the Supplier has submitted the original copies of the documents confirming the quality of the supplied products (products batch), consignment notes and tax invoices according to the results of the acceptance tests recorded as required by the applicable legislation. In case an advance payment is foreseen, Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount not less than the advance payment amount, issued by AO "Uglemetbank" bank or by a bank included in the top fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB + / Baa2.
Delivery terms:
Within 30 calendar days from signing of the contract. The Supplier shall deliver the products by himself and at its own expense to the destination station. Passport or quality certificate should be produced when the supplied item becomes available. Ownership transfer at the destination station. The supplied products shall be new, not restored. Before shipment be sure to notify the Buyer and provide the copies of: invoices, TORG-12 consignment notes and the documents confirming the shipment of goods via the Carrier.
