Comments:
1. The presence of a representative office in Izhevsk.
2. Details about the purchased products in the terms of reference in the attachment.
3. According to paragraphs 44-51 of the Specification (see attachment), the supply of equivalents is not allowed.
4. The address for delivery in the terms of reference in the attachment.
5. Lists of documents for due diligence checks and for participation in the investment.
6. The contract is concluded in the editorial office of LADA Izhevsk LLC.
7. The selected supplier provides constituent documents for the conclusion of the contract.
8. Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LADA Izhevsk LLC is not responsible for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude an appropriate transaction.
LADA Izhevsk LLC reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
