Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery of products is carried out by forces and at the expense of "Supplier" to the location of "Buyer".
Delivery date is the date of transfer of products to "Buyer" at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) or UPD "Purchaser".

Delivery is carried out during 2019, according to the specified requests of the Buyer for the required quantity. The Volume of purchased products can be changed taking into account changes in the Customer's needs.

Requirements:

Prices and nomenclature in the offer are not subject to change within 2019g.
Loading to the price offer of the commercial offer on the letterhead with the signature on the ETP В2V-OBLIGATORY and should correspond to the last rate on the ETP В2B, executed in accordance with the comments, otherwise the Organizer has the right Reject the Participant's offer.

The Delivered products should be new, not restored and STRICTLY according to the request of "Buyer".

Warranty and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
