This Bidding procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

At the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided:
-Charter (with amendments),
- A certificate of state registration of a legal entity or a Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities registered before July 1, 2002.,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity).

Attach an invoice to the documentation/Commercial Proposal for the product.
