Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for products is carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments for the payment of products (batch of products) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of products (batch of products), invoices and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The price must include the shipping cost.

Separately, please note that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU)
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• the price of the product per unit of measurement; the basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information about the costs included in the price of the goods, the time of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery time
• terms and conditions of payment for products

If a different delivery procedure is assumed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.

The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

At the same time as submitting the offer, the technical description must be attached.
The delivered products must be free from the rights and claims of third parties, manufactured on their own or under dealer, as well as third-party contracts equated to them.

A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply contract with the SOLNTSEVSKY COAL MINE in the editorial office of the customer (Appendix No. 1)

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
