Proposals are considered only from manufacturers, trading houses, officials.
Mandatory underloading of the commercial offer on the letterhead with the price. If these documents are not available, the Buyer may not consider the candidate. Commercial offers/accounts can be sent to akapustin@uralkuz.ru after the trading procedure is complete.
The draft Treaty is presented in Annex 3 of the Documentation. The participant in the Request for Proposals must agree to the terms and drafting of the draft Treaty at the time of submitting the Application. Applications protocol of disagreement to the draft Treaty. A Party to the Protocol may grant a disagreement to draft Treaty Annex 3 to Documentation, on all items other than paragraphs 2.2, 4.8, 5.2. The Customer has the right to express its disagreement with submitted by the Protocol of Disagreement.
All products must be delivered according to a quality certificate.
The buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without liability.
If there is an event that restricts competitive procedures or discredits the Participant by the Organizer, the Procurement Participant may contact the Security Service representatives.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
