The purpose of the procurement procedure is to obtain final offers with the lowest possible cost. The decision on the selection of the winner is made taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants.
1. Delivery of the goods is necessary in the shortest possible time.
