Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Payment terms - mandatory postponement of 60 calendar days.
2. Guarantee - according to the model contract, unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification.
3. Consent to sign the contract form (attached in the documentation package) without disagreements.
4. The supplier is ready to supply and install the entire range of RIMS in accordance with the order.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES
Please note:
1. The supplier must fill in the calculation file with prices for each item of ROME. The absence of a completed settlement file, an incorrectly completed settlement file, or a partially completed file is the reason not to take into account the Bidder's offer.
2. The price indicated for the lot on the b2b site must be equal to the total amount in the settlement file. The amounts must be completely identical, including pennies.
3. The calculation file contains all the ROME items that can be used to design objects in the Harddiscounter format. An application factor is specified for each item. Delivery to ROME is highlighted by separate items by subjects of the Russian Federation.
4. Based on the results of Commercial Proposals collection, a price list will be formed for each sub-circle, on the basis of which an order for each object will be made.
5. The following documents are attached to the competition: Requirements Specifications, opening plan May-December 2024, cleaning requirements, medium store, settlement files with a conditional volume. The conditional volume is calculated on the basis of the applicability coefficients, the actual amount may vary both up and down.
6. Additionally, you must attach:
- completed application form of the contractor for the design of ROME;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/USRIP;
- letter of consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract;
- extract from the legal entity assessment service
Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
