The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
Pay attention:
1. The supplier must fill in the calculation file with prices for each item of ROME. The absence of a completed settlement file, an incorrectly completed settlement file, or a partially completed file is the reason not to take into account the Bidder's offer.
2. The cost indicated for the lot must be equal to the total amount in the settlement file. The amounts must be completely identical, including pennies.
3. In the attached documents: the calculation file for the formation of the total cost, which must be indicated on the site; the number of packages to be delivered to each RC; terms of reference; layouts; RC addresses, Packaging requirements, delivery requirements to the RC.
4. As a result of the collection of Commercial Proposals, either one contractual counterparty for all lots can be selected, or a contractualcounterparty for each lot can be selected separately.
5. As a result, a price list will be formed, on the basis of which the ROME order for objects will be carried out.
