MANDATORY ATTACHMENT TO THE TRADE PROCEDURE OF A COMMERCIAL OFFER

3) Signing of the supply contract in the standard form of LLC Mechel-Materials, without minutes of disagreement (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals without incurring any material liability to the Participants.
