Comments:
The purpose of the Call for Bidding procedure is to obtain final offers with the lowest possible cost. The decision on the selection of the winner is made taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders.
1. The required conditions for the quality of the goods – in accordance with the specified characteristics (see bid documentation);
2. Consideration of equivalents - equivalents with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of a proposal of an equivalent, the number of the product drawing, the brand of the material are indicated and the drawing for the approval procedure is attached to the tender;
3. Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer;
4.Formation of the price of the goods - The cost of packaging and transportation costs are included in the price of the goods;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the implementation of input control in the buyer's warehouse.
