Participant requirements:
The purchasable participant must comply with the legal requirements for the persons who deliver the goods. There should be no liquidation for a potential procurement participant. There should be no decision from the arbitral tribunal to declare insolvent (bankrupt) and open a competition proceeding. The activity of the procurement participant has not been suspended administratively as of the date of application. The concept of administrative suspension is established by Article 3.12 of the Code of the Russian Federation. No tax, fees, other mandatory payments are not impugned.

Product Requirements
1. Raw materials, repair materials, GSM, tool (hereinafter — Commodity) must comply with design documentation, DIN, GOST, manufacturer's TU and the requirements specified in the List of Nomenclature
2. It is not permitted to supply used Goods, including recovered goods.
3. The product must be safe when applied as intended.
4. Supplier undertakes to supply the Goods in packagings and/or packaging conforming to GOST, TU, ensuring the product is safe from damage during its loading/unloading, shipping and long-term storage in the warehouse room.
