1. The purpose of the competition is to obtain final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants, as well as the supplier's OTIF indicator. If suppliers grant a deferred payment of less than 60 calendar days, the proposals of these companies will be considered in extreme cases (in the absence of alternative proposals).
The winner is obliged to deliver the equipment (in accordance with the agreed technical proposal) on the terms provided during this competition.
