Обязательное наличие дистрибьюторских
соглашений и дилерских сертификатов установленной формы (необходимо прикрепить документы к запросу)
Вся продукция должна быть оригинальная и поставляться с паспортом завода-изготовителя, сертификатом качества, сертификатом соответствия.
Договор строго в редакции заказчика, протоколы разногласий не принимаются.
Покупатель вправе отклонить заявку за невыполнение требований, указанных в запросе предложений.
Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
Для компаний-участников, не имевших договорных отношений с Челябинским филиалом ОАО "Уралкуз" обязательна подгрузка документов строго по Перечню (прилагается).
Все участники запроса обязаны загрузить в систему коммерческое предложение или спецификацию, копии уставных и регистрационных документов - сразу.
