Payment terms:
Payment upon the fact. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT.Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-compliance with our requirements for payment terms, it is necessary to indicate your conditions in the comments.

The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:

3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. Cost with VAT per unit of lot (must be specified in Russian rubles).
5. Payment terms (deferred payment for at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery);
