The Commercial Proposal must be placed strictly in the specified form. The offer must be placed entirely on the selected lot.
The price must be indicated without VAT, without bonuses, but taking into account delivery and postponement.
After consideration of the Commercial Proposal, Bidders are invited to the tender procedure. Technical expertise of the product is possible at any time of the competitive bidding process.
Delivery terms - according to the delivery agreement and additional agreements.
Deferred payment - at least 90 calendar days.
Delivery time - no more than 3 days from the date of order
Regular deliveries to all STC Petrovich of St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tver, cities of the Northwestern Federal District. Delivery must be carried out directly to all STC or through the RC in St. Petersburg, subject to the signing of a logistics agreement with payment for RC services.
For new suppliers, a prerequisite is to agree on the terms of the contract in the form of STD "Petrovich", commercial terms and applications for the supply of STM.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
