Ranking of bids

Terms of payment - 100% post-payment with deferred payment of 60 K.D. from the moment of signing the TN by JSC "THUNDER"
Fixing the price without reference to the purchase volume
The possibility of changing by +/-30% to the volume of the contract
According to the TOR, attach the specification of the Technical solution (in detail in the TOR) (IMPORTANT! without TTX, the offer is not considered)
It is necessary to provide written confirmation that the servers are assembled from new components that have not been used
